Shipping & Returns Policy
We strive to process and ship your orders within 3 business days. When order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification.
You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Contact us at email@example.com. If the order has already shipped, please follow the regular returns process.
We ship via USPS or UPS using its standard services. Upgraded services may also be available where applicable.
To ship to muliple locations, please place separate orders per shipping destination.
At this time, we only ship within U.S. and do not ship to international destination.
We do not offer gift wrapping service at this time.
Our business is located in the state of Colorado and will collect sales tax for Colorado orders. For other destinations, we may collect applicable taxes as necessary follow what the laws requires.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet conditions described above.
The merchandise return refund will be your your payment for the item less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
Please note that we can not accept returns for custom orders.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do our best to make sure that the item information and prices are correct, but sometimes, we make mistakes. In the such event, we will notify you as soon as we become aware. We reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, and correct the mistake.
Damage During Transit
Every effort will be made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim.
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
